Shipping is complimentary on US orders over $150, and on orders over $75 in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia (use code DMVSHIPPING). Discounts cannot be combined with complimentary shipping.
We are able to accommodate rush orders or international orders as long as you email us in advance or call the shop (hello@takecareshopdc.com and 202-717-2600). These shipping costs will be discounted but must be covered by the customer, and are final sale. We are not responsible for any additional associated taxes or fees for international shipping. We are also happy to ship to APO addresses if you contact us in advance.

If you are not happy with your selection, please email us or stop by the shop within 10 days of purchase to receive a store credit. Products purchased with a discount are not eligible for exchange and are considered final sale. Please be sure to bring the product to the shop or ship it back with original packaging. For online returns: please follow the above directions, and mail back your product in original packaging with a printed receipt in the box. Once we receive the product in the mail, we will email you with a store credit code to be used in the online shop.
