Join us at the studio on Saturday October 26 at 11am for a meditation class specifically geared toward pre-teens and teens! With mindfulness techniques and meditation practices specifically contoured to their unique needs, your teen will leave with both a session under their belt but also tools to use at home or in school to help manage stress and nourish wellbeing. We recommend bringing a journal and pen so they can write down their thoughts! A yoga mat is required. 10 seats available, please sign up asap!
Class is located at our studio which is at 3144 Dumbarton Street NW, right across from the shop in Georgetown. Class is approximately 1 hour.
