How To Use

On dry skin, before a bath or shower, gently brush each extremity with upward strokes towards your heart.

Begin at your feet, follow with your arms with strokes to your chest brushing toward your heart. Finish by brushing your abdomen in a clockwise circular motion, encouraging the flow of digestion. Be sure not to press too firmly.

Brushing should never be uncomfortable. Brush for two to three minutes for optimum awakening and energizing.
