Dona’s Process: Dona’s chai is made in house where they grind spices fresh in their mill room before steeping them for over an hour in small batches in their custom kettles. While steeping, the spices are in constant circulation to optimize extraction. Then they are filtered, sweetened and bottled.

Brew: Mix equal parts Dona Concentrate and milk. Heat, steam or pour over ice.
