Dona’s Process: Concentrates are made fresh in-house. They grind spices fresh in their mill room and steep them for over an hour in small batches in their 500 gallon kettles. While steeping, the spices are in constant circulation to optimize extraction. Then the concentrates are filtered and bottled.
Sourcing Matters: Dona’s ingredients are traceable back to a single source in order to contribute to a more equitable food system and provide a product you can feel good about.
Brew: Mix equal parts Dona Concentrate and milk. Heat, steam or pour over ice.
