Our COVID-19 Response

We are thrilled to share that our shop and spa is open after three months of closure. Of course, your health and the health of our team are of the utmost importance. Having invested significant time into understanding the dynamics of COVID-19's spread, we are adhering to the guidelines established by the CDC and the Associated Skin Care Professionals, and also provide safety solutions that go beyond these recommendations. Our appointment procedures will also change, so please take a moment to familiarize yourself with what we are doing and what we will need from you before, during and after treatment!

Our Retail Precautions:

We will observe a client limit of 2 clients per team member so that we can ensure dedicated sanitation support and, of course, full attention to each client's needs. We ask that all clients adhere to the following requirements: 

  • Wear a mask at all times
  • Sanitize your hands upon entering
  • Ask for assistance to sample anything
  • Maintain 6ft of social distancing as best as possible
  • During consultations, please note our team member will wear a mask, face shield and eye protection and you will need to continue wearing your mask
  • No cash payments. All payments should be by credit, debit or Apply Pay.
  • We will continue to offer curbside pickup

Our Spa Precautions:

  • Negative air pressure systems installed in treatment rooms that are designed to help minimize exposure to respiratory air droplets (specifically the air you exhale) by expelling it outside. The system includes an air evacuation hood for both client and the esthetician.
  • Use of UV-C sanitation device and CDC/EPA approved cleaners to sanitize all surfaces between clients.
  • Hospital grade disinfectant will be utilized on all tools and surfaces between and during appointments. Common or high touch surfaces will be cleaned regularly.
  • Linens are replaced after each appointment. Linens are laundered using disinfecting detergent.
  • Our estheticians wear a mask, face shield, gloves and lab coat at all times. Lab coats are changed after every appointment as well as their gloves and face shield.
  • Daily esthetician and team member health checks will be performed and no one on our team may come to work or perform services if they have a fever or any signs of infection.

Preparing for your Spa Appointment:

  • You will be required to complete and sign updated intake forms including a liability waiver.
  • Your temperature will be checked with a contact-free thermometer at the door. If you have a temperature that exceeds 99.9 degrees, your appointment will be rescheduled for two weeks later.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door. Please refrain from touching anything that you do not intend to purchase.
  • Limit the number of personal belongings you bring to your appointment
  • Ensure that you are wearing a mask of sufficient quality that fits tightly on your face. If you do not have a sufficient mask, we'd be happy to provide you one for your appointment.
  • If you do not feel well, have symptoms of COVID-19, have a fever or were in close contact with someone known to have COVID-19, you will be asked to reschedule your service for two weeks from your initial treatment date. Your appointment will be rescheduled without penalty.
  • No cash payments. All payments must be by credit, debit or apple pay, including tips.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests who are waiting for you.
